You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to convert our positioning into effective programs that attract, engage, and convert ideal customers.
Role Overview
In this high-responsibility position, your duties will include:
Creating and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies
Developing and optimizing campaigns for performance
Conducting experiments across various audiences, messaging, and channels
Maintaining close alignment with the sales and product marketing teams
You will oversee the entire demand generation engine — from campaign strategy and execution to assessing pipeline impact.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns involving outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships
Create programs that yield qualified leads within target accounts in the insurance and wealth management sectors
Transform product positioning into impactful campaigns and messaging
Manage campaign calendars, ensuring synchronization with product launches and go-to-market priorities
Pipeline Generation & Growth
Generate inbound and outbound pipeline through innovative and data-driven initiatives
Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to enhance account-based and outbound strategies
Optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel — from awareness to pipeline and revenue
