Your Mission
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our Demand Generation & Marketing Operations team. You will be instrumental in strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at building a quality pipeline and enhancing revenue. This role entails managing our paid media initiatives, leading our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and supporting promotional activities for key events and webinars. The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of B2B marketing, a passion for optimization, and a proven history of delivering measurable outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Oversee the execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across ABM platforms such as DemandBase, Influ2, and Madison Logic for both one-to-one and one-to-few digital campaigns.
- Provide stakeholders with performance insights and actionable recommendations based on digital ABM campaign results.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and refine paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing to drive conversions, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and overall pipeline growth.
- Manage A/B testing and audience segmentation efforts to enhance click-through rates (CTRs), cost per lead (CPLs), and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and corporate marketing teams, creative studios, and campaign operations to craft engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and nurturing sequences.
- Support third-party media buying (including content syndication, sponsored newsletters, and webinars) while tracking lead quality and return on investment (ROI).
- Innovate new strategies to engage and reach our target audience effectively.
Email Marketing & Nurture
- Design and manage ongoing email nurture programs to engage prospects, aligning with our ABM strategies.
