Join Our Team as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)!
We are actively seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our Federally Qualified Community Mental Health Clinic (FQHC) located in vibrant West Oakland, California. Our clinic is committed to providing essential mental health services tailored to the BIPOC community.

As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including our on-site Psychiatrist who serves as the Medical Director.
Your Focus:
You will primarily provide care for adult clients dealing with:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Grief & Loss
- Women's Health Issues
- Anger Management
- Relationship Issues
- ADHD
- OCD
Expected Patient Volume:
Approximately 5 clients per day.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Competitive Salary:
Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy.
- Assist clients in navigating personal challenges related to substance use.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation and records in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate clients and families on available resources and coping strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active LPCC license in the State of California.
