Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Capability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if required). Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will involve applying evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are genuinely enthusiastic about empowering children with autism to achieve their maximum potential.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, regardless of prior experience. The role requires a dynamic approach to working with children, which may involve physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
