We are excited to announce an opening for a Deals Analytics Manager within our expanding team.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ readiness for exit by scrutinizing the equity narrative, data infrastructure, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business reporting to optimize sale or IPO value.
Bring analytical rigor and commercial acumen to both buy-side and sell-side diligence projects, quickly evaluating and presenting value drivers to support or critically evaluate deal hypotheses through advanced analytics, enhancing the effectiveness of the diligence processes.
Utilize commercial analytics to discover and unlock profitability enhancements, focusing on metrics such as customer/product profitability and SKU ratios.
This role is integral to our Deals team, where you will drive value creation initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and provide insightful reporting throughout the deal lifecycle. Your collaboration with clients and colleagues will be vital in achieving impactful results.
