Your expertise will impact our campaigns, user segmentation, and funnel optimization, directly influencing our growth trajectory.This position is perfect for a results-oriented individual who values business impact, communicates effectively, and aspires to create scalable, production-ready insights rather than merely conducting ad-hoc analyses. Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Revenue ModelingLead comprehensive modeling of LTV, user segmentation, retention, and marketing efficiency to guide media optimization and value attribution.Work alongside Paid Media and RevOps to enhance SEM performance, forecast high-value cohorts, and inform strategic bidding and targeting.Product & Growth AnalyticsPartner with Product Insights and General Managers (GMs) to establish key metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for product launches and features.Perform in-depth analyses of user behavior, funnel performance, and product engagement to derive actionable insights.Continuously monitor and interpret shifts in key product metrics, diagnosing root causes and assessing business implications.Collaborate with Data Engineering to create and sustain scalable data pipelines that facilitate machine learning operations, model retraining, and real-time inference.Predictive Modeling & Machine LearningDevelop predictive models for conversion, churn, revenue, and engagement utilizing regression, classification, or time-series methods.Identify avenues for prescriptive analytics and automation within critical product and marketing processes.Assist in the creation of reusable ML pipelines for large-scale applications in product recommendation, lead scoring, and SEM strategy.Collaboration & CommunicationDeliver insights and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders — from individual contributors to executives — in a clear and persuasive manner.Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and complex findings into strategic action plans.Engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, BI, and Marketing to ensure the successful implementation of your work.
