Overview
As part of the Shopping Experience team within our Core Experience group, you will lead the end-to-end consumer journey with a single retailer, from the storefront and browsing experience, through search and item discovery, all the way to cart and checkout. Our goal is to create intuitive, data-driven experiences that help customers find what they love quickly and efficiently.
We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of talented data scientists and define the analytics and experimentation strategy across critical shopper interfaces, including storefront, browsing, search, cart, checkout, OSP, Family, Lists, and Meals/Health. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to establish key metrics, enhance experiment design and outcomes, and provide insights that drive conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction, ultimately benefiting both our customers and retailer partners.
