Qualifications
Education & Experience:• A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree in a STEM field is preferred.• Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years is considered. Technical Skills:• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint versions 2010 and 2013.Other Skills:• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various tasks.• Team-oriented with the capability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and locations.• Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Position: Data Quality Technician

Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Work Schedule:
This role offers flexibility with options for part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (up to 40 hours per week) schedules. Working hours can be adjusted around the core operating hours of 6 AM to 6 PM. The hiring manager is open to candidates seeking both full-time and part-time opportunities. There is potential for the position to extend beyond the initial contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis in collaboration with various departments through team participation and individual consultations.
- Provide monthly updates on key metrics as well as additional reports as needed.
- Ensure harmonization and standardization of techniques across global operations.
- Compile and present Cost of Quality data for division reporting.
- Generate monthly global metrics reports and division-level trend analyses.
- Maintain documentation and manage data effectively within SharePoint.
- Support and enhance the document approval and change processes.
- Perform data handling and image processing tasks.
- Audit related documentation as necessary.
- Develop and communicate timelines and schedules for assigned tasks.
