The Role

As a Data Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development and evolution of the systems that support data across Kin. This pivotal role is designed to fortify the infrastructure that enables our Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams to operate more efficiently, make informed decisions, and deliver significant value to our clients.

You will manage a team of data engineers tasked with constructing reliable, scalable, and effectively governed data systems. In this phase of continued expansion and increasing data complexity, you will help define our data platform's scalability while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term technological investments.
