Your Role
We are looking for a Data Engineering Architect who will spearhead the evolution of our data engineering and analytics functions into a cutting-edge, scalable, and product-centric Data Platform organization. You will be responsible for defining the vision, architecture, operational model, and execution roadmap necessary to transition from traditional project-based data delivery to a self-service, reliable, governed, and analytics-ready data platform across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a technical expert who will actively design systems, prototype solutions, review code, and guide teams through intricate challenges. You will be tasked with modernizing our data stack, establishing platform standards, implementing best practices for reliability and governance, and empowering teams to develop data products efficiently and securely.
In addition to platform transformation, you will ensure that the data ecosystem provides high-quality analytics and actionable insights. You will architect solutions for data ingestion, processing, modeling, semantic layers, analytics, and AI/ML enablement, ensuring that data is trustworthy, accessible, secure, and high-performing.
Collaboration with engineering leadership, product teams, analytics, and executive stakeholders will be vital to align technology strategy with business objectives, mentor engineers, and cultivate a data-driven culture. Success in this role goes beyond delivering a modern platform; it involves enhancing the team's capabilities and fostering an innovative environment.
