Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize data pipelines to store, manage, and provision data for end users.
- Actively participate as a collaborative member of an Agile/Scrum team, adhering to best practices.
- Write efficient code to enhance the performance and reliability of data extraction and processing.
- Support ongoing process automation for data ingestion.
- Advocate for and implement lean-agile engineering principles such as API-first design, continuous integration, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to implement and document complex and evolving requirements.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team consisting of user experience researchers, product managers, engineers, and other specialists.
