Qualifications:- Must be a US Citizen.- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.- 7+ years of IT experience, encompassing design, management, and solving issues related to large, complex data sets and models.- Proficient in developing data pipelines from a variety of structured and unstructured data sources.- Experience in creating ETL processes and executing testing and validation steps.- Proficiency in data manipulation using Python, R, SQL, or SAS.- Strong understanding of best practices in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage data pipelines to effectively store, manage, and provision data for consumers.
- Actively participate in an Agile/Scrum team while adhering to best practices.
- Write efficient code to ensure the reliability and performance of data extraction and processing.
- Facilitate continuous automation processes for data ingestion.
- Uphold technical excellence by applying lean-agile engineering principles, including API-first design, simplified design, continuous integration, version control, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with program management and engineers to implement and document complex and evolving requirements.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Work alongside a diverse cross-functional team, including user experience researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and functional specialists.
