Role Overview: Data Onboarding Specialist The Data Onboarding team plays a key part in helping clients connect their accounts from various financial institutions to Addepar. In this role, the specialist assists clients with understanding authorization requirements for data feeds, manages account permissions, and resolves onboarding questions within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Daily work involves regular interaction with clients, data providers, and internal teams. Location: Remote, Pune, India Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in India is required from the first day. Visa sponsorship is not available. Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned with U.S. business days. What You Will Do Oversee onboarding for new Addepar clients, including: Explaining the data onboarding workflow to clients via calls and emails. Guiding and training clients on account eligibility and authorization needs, such as LOA forms for data feeds. Setting up accounts in the correct Addepar environments. Working with data providers to resolve onboarding requests and issues. Completing custodian-specific setups and managing feed connectivity workflows.
