Your Role

As the Data Center Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily execution of green-field and brown-field GPU data center projects globally. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of general contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of safe, timely, and budget-compliant facilities that meet Fluidstack’s rigorous power and cooling density standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and implement integrated schedules (using Primavera P6, MS Project) that encompass design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

  • Uphold Fluidstack’s safety protocols; promote a zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.

  • Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, swiftly addressing field conflicts as they arise.

  • Monitor and report on daily progress, expenditures, earned value, and resource allocation; develop recovery plans as necessary.

  • Ensure on-site quality assurance/control, manage material submittals, and oversee RFI and change-order processes.

  • Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

  • Lead the creation of scopes of work and technical documents for critical trades and packages.

  • Manage the execution of construction contracts from award to close-out, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and technical specifications.

  • Supervise contractor compliance with key deliverables, payment terms, reporting schedules, and site-specific protocols.
