Your Role
As the Data Center Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily execution of green-field and brown-field GPU data center projects globally. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of general contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of safe, timely, and budget-compliant facilities that meet Fluidstack’s rigorous power and cooling density standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and implement integrated schedules (using Primavera P6, MS Project) that encompass design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Uphold Fluidstack’s safety protocols; promote a zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.
Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, swiftly addressing field conflicts as they arise.
Monitor and report on daily progress, expenditures, earned value, and resource allocation; develop recovery plans as necessary.
Ensure on-site quality assurance/control, manage material submittals, and oversee RFI and change-order processes.
Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
Lead the creation of scopes of work and technical documents for critical trades and packages.
Manage the execution of construction contracts from award to close-out, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
Supervise contractor compliance with key deliverables, payment terms, reporting schedules, and site-specific protocols.
