Role Overview: Data Analyst II (Hybrid, Mexico City)
The Data Analyst II will help strengthen SimplePractice’s data-driven approach. This position blends technical analysis with strategic problem-solving. Responsibilities include developing metric frameworks, improving reporting pipelines, and uncovering insights that guide teams in Product, Design, Engineering, and other business areas.
Daily work involves using SQL, Tableau, and advanced analytics to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. These insights help stakeholders make informed decisions and track progress toward their goals. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration to define success measures, assess impact, and support ongoing improvement.
Additional opportunities include mentoring other analysts and encouraging a culture of innovation. Whether designing experiments, improving user experiences, or translating findings into strategies, the Data Analyst II will influence both business results and customer satisfaction.
