About the Role:
We are in search of a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data team. In this crucial role, you will extract actionable insights across Product, Marketing, Talent, RevOps, and various cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to our Director of Data Science & Analytics, you will play a significant role in helping stakeholders access precise insights rapidly, minimizing reporting burdens, and laying the groundwork for long-term data excellence. Your contributions will be vital in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our strategic objectives and participating in exciting projects such as population health testing and impact evaluation aimed at enhancing long-term health outcomes across the nation.
Where You Will Work:
This position is located in our New York City office in the Financial District. You will be required to work on-site three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
What You Will Do:
- Design, manage, and oversee critical KPIs and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout the analytics project lifecycle.
- Serve as a strategic partner in measuring success across all facets of Garner’s products.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to create scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of your analytical domain to independently generate and deliver meaningful insights.
- Identify deficiencies in current reporting mechanisms and proactively create new dashboards and insights.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing dashboards to adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Engage in various projects designed to drive improved health outcomes.
