We are seeking our first Data Analyst to take full responsibility for constructing the analytical infrastructure and supporting data-driven decision-making in payments.This position is ideal for a specialist ready to design architecture from scratch, implement reporting standards, and directly impact the effectiveness of payment funnels across all holding projects.Key Responsibilities:Building Analytical Infrastructure: Transitioning from fragmented calculations to a cohesive automated system for data collection, processing, and visualization.Payment Conversion Analysis: Regularly identifying growth opportunities to enhance Approval Rates and optimize Transaction Costs.Data Management: Gathering and structuring data from external providers (via API) and working with internal databases (BigQuery, MySQL).Automation and Monitoring: Implementing a monitoring system to control payment metrics and ensure compliance with Visa/MasterCard limits.Visualization: Creating public dashboards in Tableau for top management and CEOs of portfolio companies.
