About Our Business:
Our business has been operational for approximately 7 months.
We identified our unit economics within just 11 days.
Last year, we experienced a growth of 60x and we are not stopping there.
Our team consists of 13 A-players (sports, mathematics, and product experts).
This Year’s Ambition: We aim to become the number one brand for athletes and aspiring athletes, and we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about sports and recovery. This is an incredible opportunity to join a strong team at an early-stage product!
As we continue to grow rapidly, our analytics are fragmented: some metrics are available, others are not, and attribution issues persist, leaving us without a complete picture of the business. Therefore, we are in search of a curious Data Analyst who will take ownership of our analytics and help us become genuinely data-driven.
Responsibilities for This Role:
You will build and streamline analytics from the ground up and enhance existing setups.
You will take ownership of the analytics across the entire business: marketing, product, and operations.
You will collaborate with the engineering lead to work through data connectors and events.
You will resolve attribution issues and inconsistencies in data.
You will create dashboards in Tableau to serve as the single source of truth for the team.
You will set up alerts for key metrics.
You will support A/B testing for marketing and product initiatives.
You will quickly dive into data to uncover real issues and growth opportunities.
