Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash scripting, R, or similar. Solid working knowledge of SQL. Basic understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices. Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics. Familiarity with A/B testing and causal analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative spirit, capable of working in cross-functional and consulting-style environments.

About The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will embark on your career as an analytical professional with a solid background in data analysis and a strong desire to advance your technical and consulting abilities. You will play a key role in delivering analytics and reporting solutions that empower clients to gain insights from their data and make informed business decisions. Proficient in working with structured datasets, you will have opportunities to enhance your skills in data modeling, visualization, and business analysis.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across strategy, design, engineering, and business domains in a variety of client engagements. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and motivation for continuous skill enhancement will be vital to your success.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist client and internal teams in identifying business inquiries and translating them into analytical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and valuable insights under the mentorship of senior team members. Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Help document metrics, definitions, and analytics processes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and fellow analysts to support data modeling and reporting layers.
  • Effectively communicate insights through visual representations, summaries, and presentations.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance reporting, data integrity, and analytical workflows.
