Qualifications
Required Hard Skills:Technical degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a construction environment is advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF, and/or Telecommunications fields. Familiarity with terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Proven ability to effectively use basic hand and power tools required for installation projects. Essential Soft Skills:Ability to work flexible hours as dictated by customer needs. Team-oriented with a strong passion for meeting the construction manager’s objectives. Adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to build strong relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and a commitment to developing a career in this exciting field.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Lead Technician in the installation of coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers, adhering to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Install active components per manufacturer’s guidelines and industry best practices.
- Participate in safety and hazard training as required, while consistently prioritizing safety at job sites.
- Proactively communicate potential issues to leadership and maintain open lines of communication.
- Provide regular updates on project status as required.
- Safeguard company materials and tools to prevent theft or loss.
- Arrive on time at designated locations.
- Demonstrate initiative and provide assistance as necessary based on situational needs.
