Qualifications
Your Key Responsibilities:Assist Account Managers with daily client communications and coordination. Prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries for clients. Track and maintain project timelines and status updates. Conduct thorough research on clients, competitors, and market trends. Facilitate internal coordination across teams to address client needs. Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities through data analysis and insights. Your Profile:Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a keen interest in eCommerce. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and numbers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite. Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
