ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment and development of Telco-enabled managed security services, including DDoS, SASE, MDR, and WAAP. Serve as the primary point of contact for Telco partners, ensuring alignment on technical integrations, operational processes, and commercial frameworks. Define service packaging, pricing strategies, SLAs, and criteria for launch readiness. Assist in go-to-market strategies, sales training sessions, and high-stakes customer interactions. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to guarantee services are scalable, top quality, and consistently improving. Monitor performance metrics, adoption rates, and revenue contributions, suggesting enhancements as necessary. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in Product Management within cybersecurity, MSSP, Telco, or cloud services. Proven experience working with Telco operators or major service providers in the UAE or GCC region. Deep understanding of managed services and recurring revenue frameworks. Solid grasp of cybersecurity domains such as network security, cloud security, or threat detection. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
