We are on the lookout for a CX Operations Lead who will take charge of evolving the operational backbone of our CX organization. In this impactful individual contributor role, you will design and enhance the systems, workflows, and data that drive CX performance. You will thrive in an environment that demands structure in complexity while championing operational excellence. Collaborating closely with CX leadership, Business Operations, and Data teams, you will convert ambiguity into measurable operational enhancements and take ownership of the CX tech stack, focusing on efficiency, resolution quality, and AI performance.
