Key Responsibilities:Technology & Tooling: Manage and enhance the CX tech stack (including Zendesk and Salesforce), focusing on workflow design, system configuration, integrations, and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with CX leaders to address significant operational and tooling challenges. CX Operations Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a CX Operations roadmap that translates our strategy into tangible results. Workflow Design & Automation: Create, implement, and evaluate workflows aimed at boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction, including AI-driven support processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Operations, Data, and Systems teams to ensure CX data is accurate, integrated, and actionable. CX Operational Excellence: Establish robust operational foundations, documentation, and best practices to enable CX to scale into a world-class organization.

We are on the lookout for a CX Operations Lead who will take charge of evolving the operational backbone of our CX organization. In this impactful individual contributor role, you will design and enhance the systems, workflows, and data that drive CX performance. You will thrive in an environment that demands structure in complexity while championing operational excellence. Collaborating closely with CX leadership, Business Operations, and Data teams, you will convert ambiguity into measurable operational enhancements and take ownership of the CX tech stack, focusing on efficiency, resolution quality, and AI performance.
