Role overview

The Customs Pricing & Documentation Administrator provides key administrative support for export document legalization and authorization management. This entry-level position ensures that Polish and international trade documents, such as certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and powers of attorney, meet all necessary requirements. The role includes coordinating with organizations like KIG (Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza) and assisting the customs operations team to maintain compliance and smooth processes.
