Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for 7shifts customers via chat, email, and phone to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Provide product training to customers, including developing instructional materials and videos to help new users navigate the 7shifts platform. Discover new ways for customers to benefit from the product, address their business challenges, and devise innovative solutions. Proactively monitor customer requests and recurring issues, reporting software bugs to the relevant teams. Collaborate closely with the Support team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions. What We’re Looking For:1-2 years of experience in a technical customer support role or a similar capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for customers and must address their inquiries clearly and effectively. Experience with various web and mobile applications, capable of troubleshooting customer issues efficiently. A resourceful approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
