Position Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing them with accurate and detailed responses to their inquiries. This role involves liaising with both B2B and B2C clients, as well as our fleet team, ensuring effective communication regarding any potential issues.
Additionally, you will need to act swiftly to resolve problems in alignment with our operational processes, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
