Responsibilities:Provide outstanding after-sales support through chat and email channels. Assist customers with billing, tariff, and usage inquiries, clearly explaining our transparent, no-hidden-costs policy. Swiftly and professionally resolve service-related issues. Advise customers on maximizing their energy savings. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience continuously. Work 40 hours per week in shifts (including overnight shifts, with additional pay). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A genuine passion for assisting customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate challenging situations with composure. Interest in the energy industry and a desire to empower customers to make informed decisions.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey—from onboarding to everyday assistance. You will address inquiries, resolve account issues, and provide solutions that embody our dedication to unparalleled service.
