Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, addressing orders, product details, and general questions.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Document detailed interactions and maintain comprehensive customer records in our CRM.
- Provide a consistently exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand values.
Outbound Sales (BDR):
- Initiate outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail prospects, introducing our product offerings.
- Evaluate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Research and develop a database of contacts within the food & beverage sector.
- Keep CRM updated with lead information, call results, and communication history.
- Support the nurturing of early-stage sales opportunities.
