About the Role
The Customer Success Representative (Commercial Accounts) plays a vital role in renewing customer maintenance contracts within their designated territory. This position involves delivering quotes directly to customers and/or channel partners while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high retention rates. The primary objective is customer success, alongside upselling premium services and identifying additional sales opportunities for Veeam products. This role emphasizes driving revenue growth and surpassing quotas through customer retention.
What You’ll Do
- Exceed quota objectives related to renewal and expansion goals within your territory.
- Manage the annual pipeline effectively by engaging with customers well in advance of support expiration to assess customer experiences and conduct health checks.
- Identify key stakeholders at both customer and partner sites, understanding their priorities and working backward from their needs.
- Proactively reach out to customers with lapsed support to reactivate their services.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer outcomes.
