About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will engage with a portfolio of approximately 400 child care providers across the United States, each with 1 to 4 locations. You will serve as their primary contact, helping them maximize their experience with Playground by building strong relationships, encouraging product adoption, and ensuring their ongoing success.
You will communicate relevant product updates and growth opportunities, ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using Playground. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and relationship management, and you will play a crucial role in driving our customers' success.
This position is in-person, based in our offices in either Denver or New York City, where you will work alongside a dedicated team focused on delivering value and making a lasting impact in the child care sector.
