About the job
Meter designs and operates enterprise network infrastructure, combining custom-built hardware, user-friendly software, and efficient operations. Well-known organizations such as Bridgewater, Lyft, and Reddit depend on Meter to keep their teams connected across multiple sites. As more companies move away from traditional networks, Meter works to make that transition smooth and dependable.
IT partners appreciate Meter’s results-driven approach, but many are still adapting to new methods of managing connectivity. The Customer Success Manager guides clients through this change, builds trust, supports account growth, and helps position Meter as the preferred network provider.
