Why This Role Matters

With our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our exceptional team. This role involves onboarding and empowering our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience leading customer interactions, be detail-oriented, articulate, and possess the ability to listen effectively while providing clear and actionable advice.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will report to a Lead CSM and analyze your customers' pain points, working closely with them to alleviate these challenges using UpGuard technology. You will actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously improve our offerings while collaborating with clients globally from initial contact through successful deployment, gaining invaluable insights into various industries and institutions.
