What You’ll DoTake ownership of a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers, acting as their primary contact after onboarding. The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be the primary contact for our customers post-onboarding, ensuring they maximize their use of our platform and derive long-term value. This position requires a proactive approach in managing multiple accounts, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
