Key Responsibilities: Oversee the post-sale customer journey, ensuring clients attain clear outcomes and measurable value from our platform. Act as the primary contact for designated customers, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and ongoing engagement. Lead customer initiatives, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), success planning, and feedback loops aligned with customer objectives and ROI. Monitor customer health, renewal rates, and overall satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
