Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to forge strong partnerships with operations leaders at our client facilities, ensuring the seamless success of our robot fleet. In this pivotal role, you will be the key liaison for clients deploying Tutor robots, engaging regularly with their teams, maximizing the value derived from our systems, and fostering trusted relationships across their organizations.

Collaboration will be essential as you work alongside our support, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and resolve operational or technical challenges while uncovering opportunities to scale deployments in conjunction with our Account Executives. This position is situated at the crossroads of robotics, operations, and client partnership.

The ideal candidate excels in customer-facing roles and is passionate about driving client success with state-of-the-art robotics solutions. You are inherently inquisitive, motivated by interactions with people, and take pleasure in cultivating robust relationships with operational teams. While not required to be an engineer, you are adept at navigating technical systems, posing insightful questions, and serving as a reliable technical partner who assists clients in overcoming real-world operational hurdles.
