Customer Success Team Structure
The Customer Success team at AlphaSense is organized into three main areas: Pre-sales, Customer Success, and Support. Customer Success Managers work alongside Account Managers to deliver high-quality service to both new and existing clients. The team focuses on demonstrating the platform’s value, building strong relationships, supporting renewals, and contributing to account growth.
Role Overview: Customer Success Manager – Financial Services
The Customer Success Manager for Financial Services plays a key role in driving product adoption and ensuring clients receive ongoing value from AlphaSense. This position partners closely with the account team to help improve net retention rates among financial services clients.
Customer Success Managers combine deep product expertise with industry knowledge to make each client interaction meaningful. Experience working with both buy-side and sell-side clients is important. In this role, you will act as the Voice of the Customer, collaborating with Product Management and Content teams to influence product improvements. Participation in product Betas and customer feedback programs is also part of the job.
