About the Role
We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to enhance our Customer Experience team at Pleo. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, driving product adoption and delivering measurable results. Who You'll Collaborate With
You will report to the Manager of Customer Success Northern EU and collaborate closely with teams in Product, Support, and Implementation. Our team thrives on collaboration, focusing on securing renewals and preventing churn through strategic planning.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading targeted enablement initiatives and programs to maximize customer value from Pleo products.
- Aligning customer goals with product capabilities, establishing clear milestones and KPIs to measure progress.
- Utilizing health scores and product adoption metrics to proactively identify risks and develop plans to mitigate potential churn.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders about upcoming product releases and process changes.
