Design and implement scalable enablement programs, including developing customer champions and utilizing various engagement assets. Provide expert advice to ensure customers derive ongoing value from the ZeroFox platform configuration. Act as a liaison with technical support for new platform configurations and use case modifications. Innovate solutions to meet customer requirements through ZeroFox’s platform and integrations with customer technologies, including API-based solutions. Conduct web-based training sessions to facilitate user group support and organizational adoption. Explore opportunities for broader ZeroFox usage across organizational functions through discovery and educational initiatives. Serve as a primary technical resource for best practices and customer inquiries. Engage with ZeroFox resources to advocate for customers and expedite issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Customer Operations, and Services to enhance customer experiences and identify trends.

ZeroFox is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to strengthen and nurture post-sales relationships with a diverse clientele across various industries. As a CSM, your role will be pivotal in driving value by acting as a trusted technical advisor and support contact for ZeroFox customers. You will surpass customer expectations by proactively updating their platforms, generating insightful reports demonstrating the effectiveness of their solutions, offering continuous education, and advocating for their unique needs.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers to define both business and technical requirements while assisting the product and services teams in outlining the scope of work. Successful CSMs will have a knack for relationship-building, both internally and externally, delivering amicable customer solutions, and possessing a strong technical proficiency on the ZeroFox SaaS platform. Candidates with backgrounds in Customer Success Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems or Software Development, or those familiar with the setup and delivery of similar SaaS products, will be given preferential consideration.
