Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with our midmarket customer base. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, you will play a key role in maximizing value for our clients from their onboarding experience through to renewal. This position requires a proactive and collaborative individual who flourishes in an ever-evolving environment, prioritizing customer needs while aligning with PermitFlow's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of business relationships primarily with contractors and developers, fostering connections with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Manage customer onboarding, lifecycle, and renewal processes for your assigned accounts.
