The Customer Success team includes both Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers. Role Overview

Talon. One is expanding its Customer Success team in preparation for growth in early 2026. As a Customer Success Manager, the focus will be on building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and translating customer feedback into improvements. The role involves aligning the API-driven platform with customers’ marketing strategies, working with technical teams to resolve issues, and developing scalable processes for customer success. Strong communication skills are important for supporting enterprise clients and managing projects effectively.

This is a remote position, but candidates must live within commuting distance of the Boston or New York offices.

The anticipated total compensation is $125,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, encourage product adoption, and share actionable insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Connect customers’ marketing goals to the technical capabilities of the API-driven platform, and explain complex product configurations clearly.
