Data Oversight: Collect, upload, and organize student data within the reporting system. Ensure the accuracy and organization of all data. Analyze data and present insights to management for ongoing improvement. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication across the organization. Build a cohesive team through open dialogue and collaborative decision-making. Address parent and staff inquiries with a friendly and accommodating approach. Operational Management: Ensure proper utilization of supplies and technology, overseeing inventory checks. Maintain up-to-date records and logs in all internal and external systems. Accurately document data points for all internal and external reporting systems. Behavioral Support Coordination: Implement behavior intervention strategies for students. Develop and execute strategies to promote positive student behavior and address issues proactively.
