Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the welcoming face of PLS, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve educating customers about our diverse range of products and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Providing comprehensive information about our products and services to customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations during transactions.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Maintaining an accurate and balanced cash drawer.
  • Processing transactions accurately, including cash handling.
  • Utilizing our point-of-sale system effectively for transactions and information access.
  • Addressing customer complaints or escalating them to the Store Manager as needed.
  • Contributing to a clean and organized store environment for customers and team members alike.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or financial services, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
