This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, with a focus on email communication.
  • Provide expert answers to inquiries regarding our software products.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our gym management software.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address software-related issues.
