- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, both written and verbal.
- High School diploma or GED certificate.
- Capability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Familiarity with content management systems and web applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding customer service skills, reliability, and effective time management.
- Keyboarding skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
