As a vital member of our Power By The Hour team, you will play a key role in managing customer relations, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services.
This role is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in the aviation supply chain, particularly in PBH programs or component support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requirements through detailed technical research, market analysis, and data interrogation.
- Support the order fulfillment process, including negotiations, vendor quality approvals, and system processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate identification of core components.
- Oversee warranty claims, RMA processes, credit notes, and off-core returns.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and vendors, including conducting contractual review meetings.
- Monitor performance metrics against customer KPIs and SLAs, providing regular reports.
- Prepare and present operational data both internally and to clients.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries utilizing quality systems to promote continuous improvement.
