If you possess a minimum of two years of customer-facing experience and are eager to innovate the car-buying process, we want you to be part of our team!

Our Customer Advocates play a pivotal role in spreading joy to customers, whether it's through direct interactions or community engagement. Are you ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' with us?

Shift Requirement: This position requires availability from 7 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to work any day of the week. Days off will be rotated between weekdays and weekends.

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $17, with ample opportunities for growth based on your performance. Your earnings can increase significantly in a short period:

  • Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour
  • Starting Pay: $17/hr
  • At 3 Months: $17.50/hr
  • At 6 Months: $18/hr

During your first year, you can advance from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which allows for four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can receive an additional $0.50 pay increase every 90 days!

Additionally, our Market Operations may offer further performance-based incentive programs tailored to your location, providing even greater earning potential.
