About the job

Ebury is expanding its Sydney team and looking for a Customer Relations Executive focused on FX Dealing within the Client Portfolio Management Department. This office-based role combines client service, operational support, and trading assistance for corporate clients. The position requires four days per week in the office and one day working from home.

Role overview

This role acts as a central point of contact for corporate accounts. The Customer Relations Executive manages daily client relationships, provides operational and trading support, and represents Ebury’s products and services directly to clients. The position supports business growth by handling a broad range of client needs and contributing to revenue during a period of company expansion.

What you will do

  • Serve as a key contact for corporate clients, handling inquiries and providing operational and trading assistance
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with corporate accounts
  • Represent Ebury’s products and services at a customer-facing level
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions
  • Handle multiple client requests across various platforms and channels
  • Balance tasks and priorities to meet daily and monthly deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong interest in client service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with significant workload peaks
  • Experience in a busy client-facing role is preferred
  • Confidence in mediating between internal departments to find solutions
  • Comfort working directly with clients and representing the brand
  • Ability to handle diverse inquiries simultaneously and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
