THE GAME PLANYour responsibilities will include:Crafting compelling messages for all CRM channels to enhance customer trust and reduce friction. Applying FanDuel Predicts' brand voice and messaging strategy consistently across all customer touchpoints. Transforming promotions, product updates, and significant sporting and cultural events into engaging narratives for customers. Implementing personalized messaging strategies that resonate with our audience. Analyzing performance data to uncover messaging trends that boost customer engagement. Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to ensure messaging aligns with overall brand and campaign strategies. Working closely with the Customer Marketing Experimentation team to brainstorm and integrate insights from messaging tests. Coordinating with CRM Operations to oversee campaign execution from concept to launch. Engaging with stakeholders to align business objectives with customer-focused messaging. THE STATSWe are looking for candidates with:1-2 years of experience in copywriting, CRM, content marketing, or a related field. A strong passion for sports, culture, and current trends that are meaningful to our customers. A curious mindset focused on understanding customer behavior and a willingness to test and learn. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
